A mixture of biology and machine on the inside. This is only 1000 years from now, what the hell will humans look like in 100000 years?????The big question, will JW's still be around and preaching the END is near????

792 baptized this weekend at one convention
by dropoffyourkeylee inat a 3-day convention in nairobi, kenya this week 12-2-16 through 12-4-16, they had 70,000+ attendance, and there were 792 baptized (i presume the baptism was yesterday).
i was amazed to hear this; i guess now we know where the wt's growth is coming from..

That country have enough problems without the help of JW's. A few years down the road this will be another country that hate our guts for destroying families....I wish the U.S.A ambassador to Kenya inform the officials these folks do not represent our country, they walk a different step then most Americans.....

The Catholic Church is a step up in that field unless there is a GB member who have experience in getting rid of Demons. I believe the lower elders are not qualified for that task.I recall a sister called the elders and told them she was having problems with demons. They called on the sister and concluded, she was nuts.

How many times did you see a JW start a business
by karter inwith the intention of spending less time working and more time in f.s i saw this many times.
an ex c.o started a carpet cleaning business with the charter being spending less time working more time in f.s.
he has long since passed away and the company is now huge being the major player in flood resteration and employing 100's of people one of the owners i spoke to recently was sick due to using to many chemicals but carries on becouse he loves the money even though he's worth millions.

The majority of brothers that became JW's around the 60's are still working today, so sad. They didn't plan for the future, medical expenses have exhausted their saving...

Scientology special on A&E tonight with Leah Remini
by nonjwspouse ini'm not sure where it is airing elsewhere, but on the a&e channel, at 7p then again at 10p est tonight, leah remini is doing a scientology special.
it looks to be a great show.
i am not sure if it is one time, or the beginnings of a series.

Scientology creed...All men have inalienable rights to think freely, to talk freely their own opinions (as long it's not unfavorable light about us) and to counter or utter or write upon the opinions of others. Oh really!!!Scientology is famous for filing lawsuits against anyone that speak unfavorable about them, ex members..I wonder if a JW viewed the show what would they think, no doubt they would say it's a cult how could someone be so stupid and join it.....

I owned a house cleaning service employed 8 JW's, a 31 flavor popcorn store and a BBQ restaurant. My doctor told me I need to slow up, I may end up having a heart attack. The restaurant was the killer, 4 kids, elder in a small congregation (3 elders), worked nights from 10pm-7am as a machinist and I still had time for FS.. I was serving where the need is great...The wife managed the restaurant during the day while I slept, crazy times....

Were you aware of the shunning policy when becoming a JW
by UnshackleTheChains infor those who became jws, were you fully aware of the societys cruel shunning policy whilst studying?
i absolutely had no idea such a policy existed until years later.
it really only hit home when reading the horrendous stories on the internet around 2002. .

When I became a JW back in 1970 I wasn't aware of anyone being shunned.I don't recall anyone sitting in the back row or the elders informing me not to talk to someone...I agree with LonghairGal, If I had known no way would I had join. Of course in the early 70's there were very few DF,'s the big one was coming....
